This short week will cover the first two chapters of Matthew. While the birth narrative in Luke tells the story from Mary's perspective, Matthew tells it from Joseph's.

Discussion Questions:

• What do the four women in Jesus’ genealogy have in common? And why do you think these four, and no others, were included?

• How old do you suspect Jesus might have been when the Magi from the East came to visit him? What leads you to suspect that?
